Hotel Cinque Arcate - Rates

Additional Information:

• Breakfast: €8 per person
• Tourist Tax: €1.35 per person, per day
• Pets: Not allowed

Rates include all taxes and are per night for 1 or 2 occupants.

• Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
• Extra bed: €25
• Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM
• Payment Methods: We do not accept American Express. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, or credit card.

Rates for a 2-Star Rated Villa

Accommodation Capacity: 6 to 8 people

Extra person: €126 per week

Cleaning fee: €200 + €20 for the barbecue

Security deposit: €300, to be paid on-site and refunded at the end of the stay if no damage is found.

Rates for a 2-Star Rated Apartment

Accommodation Capacity: 4 people

Cleaning fee: €70 + €20 for the barbecue

Security deposit: €300, to be paid on-site and refunded at the end of the stay if no damage is found.

Rental Conditions for Apartment and Villa

• A rental contract will be sent.
• 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
• Rentals run from Saturday (check-in at 5:00 PM) to Saturday (check-out at 10:00 AM).
• Please notify us in case of late arrival after 5:00 PM.

Linen Rental

Available upon request (sheets, towels, bath mat; kitchen towels not provided):

• €15 per person in May, June, and September
• €20 per person in July and August

Tourist tax: €0.99 per person per day.
